After your consultation, we will send you an itemized bill via WhatsApp. Once you confirm, only the actual amount is charged — typically ¥25,000–¥32,000. The unused portion is released back to your card automatically. This is the same system used by hotels worldwide.

Is online consultation available outside Sapporo?
Currently, medicine delivery is available only within Sapporo city. If you are outside Sapporo, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss options — we may be able to help depending on your situation.
How does payment work?
After you submit the form, we will send you a secure payment link via WhatsApp. Your credit card is pre-authorized for ¥35,000 — this is a hold, not a charge. After your consultation, we send you an itemized bill via WhatsApp (consultation + medication + any extras). Once you reply “OK”, we charge the actual amount only — typically ¥25,000–¥32,000. The unused hold is released back to your card automatically.
How do I receive my medication?
Your prescription is filled at our partner pharmacy next to the clinic. The medicine, along with your medical certificate and receipt, is delivered to your hotel by courier — usually within a few hours of your consultation.
Can I get a prescription refill for my regular medication?
Yes. Foreign prescriptions are not valid in Japan, but we can prescribe a Japanese equivalent after a video consultation. Please have your medication box or a photo of the label ready to show the doctor.
What do I need for the video call?
Just your smartphone with WhatsApp installed. The doctor will call you at the scheduled time. Please be in a quiet, private place and have your passport or photo ID ready.
Do you issue documents for travel insurance?
Yes. We issue an English-language medical certificate and itemized receipt. PDF copies are sent via WhatsApp immediately after the consultation, and originals are delivered with your medicine.
What if I need emergency care?
For medical emergencies, call 119 immediately — it is Japan’s free ambulance service, available 24/7 with English support. Online consultation is not for emergencies.
